Soundarya Nagarajan wins the GADEST 2024 Young Scientist Award

GADEST 20/24, was held at Bad Schandau (Saxony, Germany) from September 8 to 13, 2024. The GADEST conference is a globally recognized platform that brings together top scientists and researchers in the field of semiconductor material and technology. S. Nagarajan’s pioneering research on the effect of Aluminium-Modulation-Doped SiO2 on the transport properties of Silicon has made a significant impact in extending Silicon’s ability, opening new avenues for the connection of quantum computing and sensing devices with conventional electronics.
